PLEASE NOTE
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. All orders ship with tracking — you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Orders above $150 require signature confirmation upon delivery to protect your purchase.

RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of confirmed delivery. To begin the process, email us at hello@duha.com with your order number, full name, reason for return, and photo(s) of the item as received.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DUHĀ is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
ITEM CONDITION
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition — with all tags attached and intact, free of odor, makeup, stains, or any signs of wear. Original packaging must be included. DUHĀ reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
HOW TO RETURN
Email hello@duha.com within 3 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.
Ship the item back using a trackable carrier. Return shipping is at your cost.
Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
